Using storytelling, ask questions or use interesting facts to spark an interest and encourage engagement. I will use quizzes and or polls to also encourage engagement. I will take the time to answer comments messages and show genuine interest when talking to them. I will also thank them for their support. By understanding my target audience, maintaining consistent branding, and creating high quality content, but not forgetting to respond to my audience I should have no problem with my potential customers.
